What is the drop off and pick up process?
There will be a parent drop off-line established. As you pull up, we will unload your child from the vehicle and put them in to their seats for you at pick up.
Drop off will begin at 8:50 am in the small parking lot area closest to the Lenfest Center of ChesLen Preserve at 1199 Cannery Rd, Coatesville PA. Pick up will be at 3:00 in the same area.
What should my camper wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that can get muddy and “well loved” during our experimentation and exploration.
What should my camper bring?
Please bring a packed lunch, a water bottle, two snacks, a change of clothing, water shoes and any applicable seasonal clothing (raincoat, light jacket, etc.)
Do all staff members have their clearances and background checks? What is the child to counselor ratio?
Yes. All facilitators and camp counselors have their clearances and background checks up to date and on file. We have a max number of campers set to 35 children. With four counselors we would be at less than a 1:10 ratio
